How to Use ZanoX

Before You Bet

1. Install the Zano Wallet browser extension (or use the Zano mobile companion) and create or import a wallet.
2. Fund your wallet. Prediction markets require fUSD; sports bets accept ZANO or fUSD. Use the Buy page to swap other crypto into either.
3. When you open a betting page, connect your wallet when prompted. Your alias and balance will populate automatically.

Betting on Prediction Markets

Prediction markets trade on a 0–1 scale — a price of 0.65 means the market currently prices the YES outcome at 65¢. Correct shares pay out at $1 each.

1. Open Predictions. Filter by category or search for a specific market.
2. On the market card, pick the YES or NO outcome you think will happen. Click the cart icon to add it to your bet slip — the default is 10 shares at the current market price.
3. Open the cart drawer (top-right). Adjust the number of shares. Your total cost, potential payout, and the 10% juice are shown live.
4. All prediction bets settle in fUSD — the cart will switch the currency automatically. If you don't have enough fUSD, buy some on the Buy page first.
5. Click Confirm. Your Zano wallet will prompt you to sign the fUSD transfer — approve it.
6. When the market resolves, winning shares are credited to your wallet automatically. Track your open shares and P&L under the Portfolio tab.

Betting on Sports

Bet on live and upcoming games across major leagues with moneyline, spread, or total markets. Moneyline/h2h bets have zero juice; spread and total markets carry the standard 10%.

1. Open Sports. Filter by sport, league, or search for a team or event.
2. On a game card, click the odds for the outcome you want (team, over/under, spread side). It's added to your bet slip.
3. Open the bet slip. Choose your currency — ZANO or fUSD — and enter your stake. Potential winnings update in real time.
4. Review the summary: stake, juice (if any), total deducted, and potential payout. Click Place Bet.
5. Your wallet will prompt you to sign the transfer. Approve it to lock in the bet. Bets placed within the 60-second grace period after a market closes are still accepted.
6. When the game resolves, winnings pay out automatically to your wallet. View active and resolved bets under the Portfolio tab.

Tips & Gotchas

• Mixing a prediction bet with sports bets in the same cart forces the entire cart to fUSD — place them separately if you want to pay in ZANO.
• Fund your wallet in advance. There's no in-app top-up during the bet flow — if the balance is short, the transfer will fail.
• Everything settles on-chain on Zano, so bets, payouts, and balances are private by default. Save your seed phrase when you set up the wallet.
